Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage relationships with brokers to support onboarding and retention through excellent service.
  • •Develop risk and business awareness alongside learning Zurich’s risk appetite.
  • •Quote and set coverage, and negotiate terms and conditions for new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
  • •Make outbound calls to brokers and manage inbound calls and live chat while demonstrating a desire to win business.
  • •Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, and resolve technical problems by referring to policies and procedures.
