Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate cross-functional proposal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and commercially competitive proposals within timelines.
  • •Own end-to-end proposal development from opportunity qualification through submission and post-bid support, including bid/no-bid reviews.
  • •Analyze customer requirements and develop technically compliant, commercially viable ICSS solutions, including DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and safety systems.
  • •Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies for greenfield, brownfield, modernization, and service projects; conduct commercial reviews to manage risks and margins.
  • •Coordinate with Procurement and stakeholders for supplier/vendor quotations and ensure proposal governance and compliance, including post-bid clarifications and updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years’ experience in Process Automation, Industrial Control Systems, or related engineering solutions.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating, proposal management, bid execution, or commercial engineering roles.
  • •Proven experience delivering complete proposals for large, complex projects including international opportunities.
  • •Strong technical expertise in Industrial Control Systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC, and Safety Instrumented Systems/SIS).
