Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment.
  • •Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using data from makes/models.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and keep the service vehicle clean and professional.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own applicable tools for the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools, with extensive knowledge of construction equipment and an understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate company vehicle.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements; must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
