Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Talent teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that address real workflow pain points.
  • •Build working AI prototypes using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to create functional stakeholder demos.
  • •Translate validated prototypes into clear product requirements and partner with engineering to move from proof-of-concept to production.
  • •Contribute to evaluating AI tools, platforms, and vendors, including deciding what to adopt, integrate, or build.
  • •Help develop playbooks, prompting guides, and workflow templates, and report on AI tool adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,500 - 174,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in product management, applied AI, HR technology, or a closely related field, ideally across Talent/HR and a product/technical environment.
  • •Hands-on experience building with AI using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to create working prototypes.
  • •Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) and AI-native tools.
  • •Experience taking solutions from concept through deployment, navigating organizational and data infrastructure realities.
  • •Working knowledge of core Talent processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Talent Operations) and how data/workflows underpin them.
