Program Manager - Mine Closure

Lead the execution of large, multi-year environmental mine closure and reclamation programs, including work at the Questa Mine. Serve as the primary client interface while guiding multidisciplinary teams across remediation, water management, earthworks, construction management, and long-term stewardship. Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and performance metrics, and manage commercial performance including forecasts, revenue/margin/backlog, change orders, and claims support with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at the center.
