Job Summary

Lead a team of network validation engineers using an End-to-End (E2E) simulation cluster to validate NVIDIA’s customer-facing networking solutions at scale. Own the validation strategy and roadmap, build automated regression suites, and drive regression analysis culture with actionable quality insights. Pioneer agentic AI workflows that autonomously run regression analysis, detect coverage gaps, and generate new tests, partnering closely with Design, Architecture, and NCS teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of network validation engineers performing end-to-end validation using a dedicated E2E simulation cluster environment.
•Define the validation strategy and roadmap, including simulation methodologies, test coverage frameworks, and quality gates aligned to product milestones.
•Design, build, and operate agentic AI workflows for autonomous regression analysis, coverage gap identification, and new test generation.
•Oversee the design and continuous improvement of automated regression suites for networking protocols and large-scale simulation runs.
•Analyze customer-reported networking solution issues and drive regression coverage improvements in collaboration with engineering stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
•3+ years of experience in a leadership/management role leading software or hardware validation/test engineering teams.
•7+ years of overall experience in network validation, network testing, or systems verification.
•Proven test automation strategy experience for network/distributed systems at scale, with hands-on Python-based automation.
•Strong understanding of regression analysis methodologies and ability to translate large-scale test datasets into engineering improvements.
