Sr Talent Acquisition Partner

Own talent acquisition delivery for assigned business/functions, partnering with hiring managers and department heads to define recruiting strategies for lateral hiring. Lead and develop the sourcing team, driving identification of high-fit candidates and executing sourcing improvements using job boards, social media, and networking. Track sourcing KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire), collaborate with data/insights for reporting, and serve as the interface between businesses, TA, and senior candidates.
