Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal guidance and day-to-day support in designated areas, working with team members for initial consultation.
  • •Support preparation of corporate documentation and corporate governance materials for HSBC entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal requirements.
  • •Assist Operations teams under senior Legal supervision with client corporate structure queries (e.g., letters of authority, board/shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney).
  • •Conduct legal research (doctrine and case law) and produce clear, structured summaries for senior Legal review.
  • •Prepare initial drafts of procurement/contracting documentation using approved templates and guidance, incorporating feedback from senior team members.
