•Maintain visual merchandising standards and create premium displays to drive sales and store visibility.
•Act as primary liaison for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management on operational matters related to product flow and store systems.
•Collaborate with store leadership across functions to align on store-wide initiatives and drive overall business success.

Key Requirements

•Must have 2-3 years in retail operations or a customer-focused environment, and at least 1 year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvements.

•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and inspire the team.
•A keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and upholding high visual merchandising standards.
•Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
