Partner cross-functionally to adopt AI-assisted engineering tools safely while improving engineering productivity and production health.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using a MACH-first approach to enable domain blueprint and target architecture.
•Build and lead domain quality engineering initiatives aligned with Pandora’s digital strategy and engineering standards.
•Develop scalable, reliable microservices with an integration foundation using API and event-driven architecture principles.
•Maintain quality deployments and real-time monitoring of production health; manage incident response and problem management to ensure high availability.
•Lead and coach engineering teams to build a DevOps culture, foster a positive environment, and integrate quality engineering practices across the SDLC.

Key Requirements

•10+ years leading multinational digital transformation programs focused on supply chain planning, forecasting and execution technology.
•10+ years enabling scalable modernized software architecture using MACH principles, including serverless, container orchestration, API management, and microservices frameworks.
•10+ years of hands-on experience across supply and capacity planning, demand and supply planning, and ERP/OMS/WMS/TMS solutions for global organizations.
•Strong practical understanding of how AI can be applied across the SDLC (coding, testing, documentation, code review, defect analysis, and operational troubleshooting).
•Experience leading teams and guiding safe adoption of modern AI-enabled engineering tools, including event-driven architecture and cloud integration platforms (e.g., Kafka/Solace).
