Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary point of contact for any labor compliance policies and provide corrective actions
•Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions
•Collaborate with human resources, legal, and project management teams to address and resolve compliance issues
•Conducting on-site interviews with employees to verify they are being paid correctly and classified properly
•Ensure proper craft classifications are reflected in payroll reporting

Salary: USD 57,760 - 127,770 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field preferred not required.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
