Key Responsibilities

•Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver cost management services.
•Oversee invoicing processes and project compliance using D-365 to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
•Develop robust cost reporting structures and control mechanisms, including life-cycle costing and value engineering.
•Act as Commission Manager, managing end-to-end service delivery for large or complex commissions and presenting cost reports to clients.
•Manage negotiations, contract administration, and internal risk processes while ensuring compliance with client billing and internal controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
•Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (e.g. cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant).
•Strong communication and leadership skills; experience in people management is a plus.
•Strong business acumen with ability to drive outcomes for clients and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines.
•Experience in client management in a client-facing environment with advisory skills for value management, value engineering, and life-cycle costing.
