•Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities and be the first point of contact for Wing evaluators.
•Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound activities (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline and exceed targets.
•Tailor outreach to prospect goals and articulate Wing’s value in offloading repetitive work and increasing capacity and revenue.
•Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos and ensure smooth handoffs.
•Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across various teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar).
•Confident on the phone and in writing with the ability to articulate value.
•Reliable home/remote work setup with discipline for a high-volume desk.
•Ability to handle 50+ touches per day without sacrificing quality.
•CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes that AEs can use.
