Key Responsibilities

  • •Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon IP designs to provide verification support for design projects.
  • •Develop test cases/stimulus and build test benches/test vectors to increase functional coverage and run regressions.
  • •Co-develop verification flows with international colleagues to address challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design.
  • •Contribute to verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.
  • •Use analog/mixed-signal verification approaches, including SPICE/COSIM environments and associated EDA tools.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in AMS/mixed-signal design verification.
  • •Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • •Hands-on verification experience for analog/mixed signal, including test benches and regressions for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
  • •Experience using verification languages and frameworks such as Verilog (including Verilog-A/RVM) and SystemVerilog with UVM, plus SV/PSL assertions.
  • •Good communication and debugging skills with the ability to work well in a team.
