Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide strategic customers through the full lifecycle of Databricks on Azure, from initial architectural design to production deployment.
  • •Architect secure, scalable enterprise deployments that meet complex Azure networking, identity, and security compliance requirements.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert in Azure infrastructure, infrastructure automation, and platform/network/data security.
  • •Support Solutions Architects in complex technical sales cycles by building custom proof-of-concept (PoC) architectures and technical content.
  • •Drive platform adoption through tutorials, hackathons, conference speaking, and contributions to the Databricks open-source community.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud security, networking best practices, and enterprise data platform design.
  • •5+ years of experience with distributed architectures and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
  • •5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, post-sales, or consulting).
  • •Deep specialization in one or more domains: Azure security & identity, enterprise Azure networking & deployments, or platform administration and observability.
  • •Hands-on infrastructure automation using IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and strong skills with Python, Java, or Scala plus SQL.
