Lead design authority for telecommunications systems on mission-critical data center projects, providing technical leadership from early design through construction closeout. You will develop BIM-rich telecom designs, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, review submittals, and mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality, constructible documentation for Fortune 100 clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead telecommunications design efforts on assigned projects, coordinating scope, deliverables, and technical direction.
•Serve as the design authority for telecommunications systems on projects, owning technical decisions, design intent, and final deliverables.
•Independently perform and lead BIM and CAD design assignments supporting the Telecommunications discipline.
•Develop and maintain Division 27 specifications, design narratives, and supporting technical documentation.
•Collaborate within multidiscipline project teams to deliver coordinated drawing and specification packages for architects, contractors, and building owners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 182,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience designing low voltage systems for high performing commercial, industrial, or mission critical/data center buildings
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
•Proven track record of leading telecommunications design efforts and delivering coordinated drawings and specifications
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to travel to project sites
