Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in the solar industry, including at least 3 years of B2B sales focused on IPPs, EPCs, industry OEMs, and O&M providers.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • •Technical knowledge of utility-scale solar operations, including performance challenges within the DC field.
  • •Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; preferred experience with thermal and computer vision inspection systems.
