Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered experiences that enhance customer workflows in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
•Prototype, experiment, and validate ideas quickly using modern AI tools and coding assistants.
•Explore emerging AI/ML capabilities and convert them into customer-facing workflows within AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
•Develop solutions using LLMs, agents, RAG, and other modern AI/ML techniques.
•Partner across product, design, and engineering to bring innovations to market and collaborate with global teams.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Applied AI, Machine Learning, AI Product Engineering, ML Engineering, or Software Engineering with significant AI/ML responsibilities.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, including LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, or agent-based systems.
•Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript) and the ability to pick up new stacks quickly.
•Domain knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) workflows.
•Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other AEC/design software via APIs/SDKs (as a user or developer).
