Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of the Sales and CS tech stack, with HubSpot as the system of record.
•Evaluate, implement, and integrate adjacent tools (Unify, Gong, Clay, and others) to build a cohesive revenue infrastructure.
•Lead system integrations and ensure clean, reliable data flows across the stack via connectors, middleware, and API-based integrations.
•Administer HubSpot as the primary owner across users, teams, permissions, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
•Partner with Sales and CS leaders to document and continuously improve core GTM processes and build workflows/automation for scale.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Hands-on CRM expertise, including architecting a CRM and having HubSpot experience and certifications (plus).
•Strong understanding of CRM integrations across the modern revenue stack, from prospecting/enrichment through conversation intelligence and CS tooling.
•Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable systems and process solutions.
•Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
