Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, vision, business goals, program structure, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Drive weekly product/program review meetings to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues.
  • •Manage program and feature dependencies across multiple teams, scrum teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.
  • •Provide ongoing visibility to program status (issues, risks, metrics) through push status reporting.
  • •Deliver monthly program reviews and updates at sprint reviews, including deep dives into current goals, risks, and escalations.

Key Requirements
