Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of project management, benefits administration, HR technology, or account management experience.
  • •Experience working with employee benefits and/or insurance carriers and payroll providers, including HRIS/benefits administration systems.
  • •Strong understanding of employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits).
  • •Experience using ticket management systems, plus billing/invoicing and reconciliation processes.
