Provide a personalized in-store experience by suggesting looks based on trends and promotions, promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolving customer concerns in line with company policy. Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards. Follow store procedures and partner with store management on elevated issues, reporting to the Store Manager.
