Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and label laboratory materials (biological media, buffers, mobile phases) and operate equipment according to procedures, site requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • •Order, maintain inventory, and fulfill prepared formulations for end users using the BMS web-based ordering system with required documentation and SLA compliance.
  • •Manage sample receipt, retained sample storage, and domestic/international sample shipping with accurate records and required paperwork transfer.
  • •Provide liquid nitrogen services (fill external reserve tanks) and execute glassware maintenance, including autoclave and parts washer services, quality inspections, and reporting.
  • •Support equipment operational needs by performing instrument performance verification, coordinating preventive maintenance with vendors, and handling laboratory deliveries and weekend sample duty.
