Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide infrastructure SME leadership across Linux, Veritas Cluster, database infrastructure, and OpenShift platforms.
  • •Deliver L3/L4 support and deep-dive troubleshooting across OS, clustering, storage, database, and platform layers.
  • •Own standard builds and lifecycle management (configuration, patching, hardening) aligned to security, risk, and operational resilience requirements.
  • •Improve platform stability and availability by identifying recurring issues, completing RCA, and implementing permanent fixes.
  • •Lead DR strategy and execution, including planning approaches, running tests, validating RTO/RPO, and driving remediation to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on infrastructure experience in complex, multi-team environments.
  • •Expert Linux administration and troubleshooting, including performance tuning, patching, hardening, scripting, and incident management.
  • •Proven Veritas Cluster capability across design/support, failover validation, upgrades, and incident troubleshooting.
  • •Solid database infrastructure operations knowledge (installation support, performance triage, backup/restore concepts, patch coordination, availability planning).
  • •Experience with monitoring/observability and DR delivery (planning, executing tests, validating recovery, and improving recovery procedures).
