Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions using Rovo tailored to customer needs.
  • •Architect and implement robust application integrations with a focus on APIs, microservices, and enterprise-scale systems.
  • •Oversee end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into production, including continuous evaluation, monitoring, and improvement.
  • •Navigate AI risk and compliance requirements, including AI risk assessment and data privacy (GDPR).
  • •Mentor and guide senior engineers while communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: PLN 350,100 - 457,075

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of backend software development experience.
  • •5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production, including forward-deployed or founding/0-to-1 experience.
  • •Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, including generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.
  • •Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, plus experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
  • •Experience with AI risk assessment, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
