Key Responsibilities

  • •Research retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI techniques and decide what to pursue for the roadmap.
  • •Prototype new ideas quickly and turn proven concepts into shipped, production-grade features.
  • •Define technical direction across multiple teams and ensure architecture decisions don’t conflict.
  • •Build and maintain backend and frontend systems for the Fivetran AI product, including Agents Schema pipelines and Context Catalog UI.
  • •Drive reliability and quality through on-call/incident response (SRE) and hands-on testing/QA.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product and market awareness to judge which emerging techniques are worth building.
