Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve Ashby’s global compensation foundations, including bands, leveling alignment, market positioning, benchmarking, offer guidance, promotions, refreshers, and market adjustments.
  • •Monitor market and internal data to adapt compensation decisions consistently as conditions change.
  • •Own Total Rewards strategy end-to-end across compensation, equity, benefits, and perks, balancing competitiveness, internal equity, and sustainability.
  • •Lead benefits strategy and administration globally, including vendor/broker management, renewals, plan design review, competitiveness assessment, and supporting systems for employee experience.
  • •Improve Total Rewards systems, workflows, documentation, and operational processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
