Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with sub-regional commercial, retail, e-commerce, and operations leadership to provide proactive financial insights that protect profitability and drive growth.
  • •Lead end-to-end financial budgeting, planning, and forecasting for Oceania markets (and potentially emerging APAC markets) from an omnichannel view.
  • •Deliver monthly management reporting packages covering topline performance, channel margins, and cost variances for regional leadership and consolidation.
  • •Perform financial modeling, margin simulations, and pro-forma P&L analyses for new store locations, e-commerce platform expansions, and market transformations.
  • •Control market-driven costs (SG&A, retail capex, marketing ROI) and support SOX-ready internal controls and compliance with accounting, tax, legal, and IT teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, commercial finance, or business partnering in a multinational environment.
  • •Strong omnichannel finance knowledge across wholesale (distributor models), D2C retail, and e-commerce.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities, including working capital management, driven by AI and automation.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; MBA or CPA/CMA is highly desirable.
