Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and partner on operational requirements, controls, and readiness plans with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to launch and scale payment capabilities.
  • •Build, operate, and continuously improve transaction monitoring, settlement, reconciliation, exception management, and reporting processes for Array+ and Private Label solutions.
  • •Own end-to-end payment account lifecycle for B2B clients, including onboarding, activation, account changes, risk-related actions, and offboarding.
  • •Establish and lead incident response and complex client escalations, including runbooks, triage, communications, resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action tracking.
  • •Own day-to-day operating relationships with processors, sponsor banks, gateways, and acquirers, including partner performance, issue escalation, and implementation of new partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in payment operations, financial operations, or payment infrastructure, including several years leading teams or functions.
  • •Direct experience with a payment facilitator, embedded-payments platform, or vertical SaaS company with integrated payments.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ACH and card-payment flows, including authorization, capture, funding, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and exceptions.
  • •Experience managing payment incidents and complex client escalations, including triage, communications, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design operational controls, procedures, reporting, and audit evidence with Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
