Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team providing internal consultancy on strategic change implementation, workflow design, and process re-engineering across Life, Health, and General Insurance.
  • •Provide SME support investigating operational issues, problems, and new opportunities, and develop high-level solution design options with feasibility and impact considerations.
  • •Orchestrate end-to-end studies on business models and process maps to assess and communicate how scenarios impact existing state of the business.
  • •Drive cross-functional project teams to prioritize demand and backlog, define criteria for acceptable final solutions, and ensure alignment with business and user needs and organizational goals.
  • •Stay current on insurance technology/best practices and deliver process changes that improve efficiency and reduce cost while building and leading an inclusive high-performing team.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience leading cross-functional teams to implement medium-large scale projects successfully.
  • •Strong insurance management business, product, and technical knowledge.
  • •Expertise in Target Business and Operating Models, transformation business cases, and Agile delivery with portfolio/programme management.
  • •Strong knowledge of the financial services industry with specific functional expertise.
  • •Experience partnering with Technology and Business teams across requirements, prioritisation, UAT, release readiness, and service management.
