HR Generalist-/in 50%-60%

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers across all HR topics in a ~30-person team. Own recruiting, employee and team development, HR administration from entry to exit, and manage employee data in HR software. Support HR projects and ensure legal compliance under Swiss labor law, including insurance matters and close coordination with Finance/Payroll for payroll and social security topics.
