Job Summary

Build and scale Fever’s agentic harness and delivery substrate that turn AI agents into reliable, production-ready outputs. Work in the AI & DevEx area to create evaluation and measurement systems (e.g., baselines, DORA, adoption metrics), a compounding knowledge base, and autonomous delivery rails across dev environments and CI/CD. Partner with product engineering squads to reduce friction, improve quality, and deliver fast, cost-bounded AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and improve the agentic harness, including skills, sub-agents, guardrails, tools, and verification to produce high-quality output.
•Create and scale a compounding knowledge-base substrate used by agents across the organization.
•Own the delivery substrate and autonomous rails, including cloud/dev environments, CI runtime, ephemeral environments, and migration tooling.
•Identify where AI improves the squad operating model beyond coding agents, including workflows and coordination.
•Develop evaluation and measurement systems to ensure changes land on signal (e.g., baselines, before/after, DORA, adoption).

Key Requirements

•5+ years building and operating production software at meaningful scale, owning systems end to end.
•Strong software design fundamentals including testing, design patterns, and clean architecture.
•Backend depth with RESTful APIs, relational databases and SQL, and distributed/async event-driven patterns.
•End-to-end production ownership across CI/CD, observability/monitoring, and infrastructure ("done" means healthy in production).
•At least 1–2 years shipping LLM applications to production, with practical experience in RAG, multi-agent systems, orchestration, and evals.
