Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a resource to identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and enhance client relationships through quality service.
  • •Assume responsibility for efficient, accurate teller functions and coach other tellers to perform teller duties effectively.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, coaching, and ensuring branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
  • •Balance cash drawers within guidelines, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and review product guides, fees, and policies; support onboarding and training new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
