Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and continuously develop enterprise-wide cross-functional IT processes in Supply Chain Planning with a focus on SAP APO and subsequent planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP).
  • •Take overall responsibility for complex projects and sub-projects (e.g., SAP APO replacement, S/4HANA) from conception to successful implementation.
  • •Work closely with business teams as a strategic partner to capture, analyze, and translate requirements into sustainable, scalable IT solutions.
  • •Provide expert-level support for SAP APO modules (DP, SNP) and take on third-level support for all Miele entities.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance and innovate in Supply Chain Planning, ensuring smooth integration with SAP ERP, S/4HANA and external systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science or a related field
  • •Extensive hands-on experience with SAP APO (DP, SNP)
  • •Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes and system integration
  • •Experience leading IT projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams; fluent in English
  • •Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools
