Key Responsibilities

  • •Take the lead on planning for multiple projects or complex programmes and mentor junior planning professionals.
  • •Create, develop and maintain project schedules aligned with requirements on complex, risk-managed projects.
  • •Ensure adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions.
  • •Develop status reports to keep management informed on progress and KPIs across projects.
  • •Monitor and consolidate schedules into Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support management in decision making.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior professional Project Controls experience in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle; nuclear experience desirable but not essential
  • •Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning/resourcing software; ability to coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence, motivate, and develop a team in a diverse environment
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance and membership in a professional body (e.g., APM or PMI)
  • •Ability to make risk-based decisions under uncertainty and lead project controls within nuclear sector
