Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess needs, health history, and preferences; recommend suitable spa treatments and therapies.
  • •Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other relaxation therapies) using appropriate techniques and products.
  • •Provide personalized care throughout the spa experience, ensuring guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.
  • •Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including sterilizing equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and providing clean linens and towels.
  • •Manage appointment schedules, coordinate with reception and other staff, and maintain accurate records of consultations and treatment notes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant working experience.
  • •Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage.
  • •Knowledge of skincare products and techniques, including facials, exfoliation, and mask applications.
  • •Understanding of proper hygiene and sanitation practices in spa environments, including sterilizing equipment and cleaning treatment rooms.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, assess needs, explain treatments, and provide recommendations.
