Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate bookings, transport, documentation, customs requirements, invoicing, and shipment processing.
  • •Liaise with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Monitor shipment milestones, cut-off times, deadlines, and KPIs, resolving delays and operational issues proactively.
  • •Maintain accurate shipment and customer information across DP World systems and ensure compliance with relevant processes and requirements.
  • •Deliver high-level customer service while supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in export operations within a freight forwarding environment.
  • •Strong understanding of international freight forwarding export processes and the Australian supply chain.
  • •Experience coordinating shipments from booking through to departure, including transport and documentation.
  • •Working knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and carrier requirements.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently; experience using CargoWise or similar systems is highly desirable.
