Senior Cost Manager - Real Estate

Lead cost management for major real estate commissions across the UK, acting as a client-facing representative from feasibility through procurement, tendering, and post-contract delivery. Produce cost estimates and final cost plans, support feasibility studies, and manage tendering and contract documentation. Own timely financial reporting, valuations, cost risk analysis, and participation in value engineering and change control. Help grow the team by mentoring junior colleagues and supporting Directors on high-profile projects.
