Key Responsibilities

•Take numbered tags from guests and locate/deliver vehicles or provide instructions for finding parked cars.
•Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
•Direct motorists to parking areas/spaces using hand signals or flashlights as needed.
•Patrol the lot to help prevent vehicle damage and theft, and inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
•Calculate parking charges, collect fees, and issue ticket stubs/numbered tags; lift and remove barricades to open or close areas.

Key Requirements

•Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient guest service; one-year guest service experience is preferred.
•Communicate clearly and professionally with the ability to explain instructions.
•Be able to work with constant walking and occasional sitting.
•Maintain a well-groomed appearance.
•A high school diploma/GED is preferred.
