Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
  • •Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
  • •Develop and disseminate informational financial materials to service members and families.
  • •Coordinate, publicize and conduct Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle.
  • •Utilize virtual counseling and secure video teleconferencing when required by contract and communicate with leadership on trends and issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required OR associate degree with 4 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's
  • •3+ years of financial counseling experience
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish if required by contract
  • •Must pass OCI process and obtain favorable Tier 2 investigation
  • •One of AFC, CFP, or ChFC certifications
