Key Responsibilities

•Originate residential mortgage loans end-to-end (application through closing) for personal production and oversee overall team production.
•Manage a team of at least 5 Mortgage Loan Originators, providing feedback, coaching, performance management, and HR tasks.
•Develop and foster referral source relationships (e.g., realtors, builders) and partner with Financial Center personnel to build business and referrals.
•Build strategic and tactical plans to drive volume growth in the assigned area and hold business plan reviews with the sales team.
•Monitor compliance and quality for loan originators, and serve as an intermediary for loan issues with processing and underwriting managers.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of residential mortgage sales experience required.
•In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines.

•High school diploma or GED; two-/four-year college degree preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.
