Job Summary

Associate Account Executive Netherlands responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business in a field sales role. You will build customer relationships, present solutions (wireless LAN, campus and data center switching, cloud management, network security, AI/analytics, SD-WAN), develop customized concepts, and manage offers in a 100% indirect sales model within a hybrid remote/onsite setup in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect, qualify, sell and close new business with existing and new clients in a field sales context.
•Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding their strategy, objectives and desired outcomes.
•Present Extreme solutions to customers in a simple, understandable way, covering wireless LAN, campus and data center switching, cloud management, network security, AI/analytics and SD-WAN.
•Develop customized solution concepts and present them to customers.
•Create attractive offers in collaboration with the extended account team and partners in a 100% indirect sales model.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A commercial apprenticeship or university degree (technical or business administration).
•Excellent Dutch and English communication skills and a strong service orientation.
•A good understanding of numbers and business relationships.
•Passion for new customer acquisition and enjoyment of sales.
•Team player in a professional, cross-functional, company-wide matrix organization (sales, services, marketing, operations).
