Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Lead plant operations and process improvement for a 3rd shift production team, partnering with the Business Unit Leader to hit production, quality, safety, and cost targets. Execute daily production plans, resolve constraints and bottlenecks using structured team problem-solving, monitor performance to standards, and drive standard work through shift handoffs. Support employee development and uphold sanitation, safety, and compliance in a food-safe manufacturing environment.
