Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess business resilience risk and performance using qualitative evaluations and lagging/leading indicators.
  • •Implement and maintain business continuity and crisis management frameworks, systems, and processes.
  • •Conduct functional and site assessments to validate crisis management plan effectiveness.
  • •Develop and mature business resilience strategy components, standards, and action plans within the Operational Excellence framework.
  • •Manage digital tools for decision analysis and crisis management; design crisis event and business impact exercises with after-action reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in business resilience, crisis/emergency management, risk management, or related fields.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or an engineering discipline (advanced degrees may count toward experience).
  • •Ability to lead through influence and understand organizational context and culture.
  • •Strong motivation to improve systems and operating performance.
  • •Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
