Intern Accountmanager (Klein Zakelijk) Mid Corporates

Serve as the main point of contact for a small portfolio of SME clients, advising them and handling customer questions by phone, Microsoft Teams, and email. Independently gather needs and risk information, translate risk into recommendations and the right insurance product, and ensure smooth administrative processing. Work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient service and help drive customer satisfaction while gaining experience to grow into an Accountmanager role.
