Job Summary

Lead business analysis for a multi-year Operating Model Transformation within Internal Consulting. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of current-state processes and performance, synthesize inputs into decision-ready recommendations, and translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and process flows. Partner with solution line, regional, and functional leaders, prepare steering committee materials, and support knowledge management through SOPs, templates, tools, and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand current-state processes, organizational structures, performance, and difficulties.
•Gather, validate, and interpret data (e.g., volume, productivity, quality, financials, client/colleague feedback) to support operating model decisions.
•Support end-to-end design of the target operating model across solution lines, business units, and functions.
•Translate business needs into business requirements, user stories, and process flows; maintain risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
•Create presentations and program documentation (e.g., steering committee materials) and help define SOPs, templates, and methodologies for new ways of working.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of proven experience in business analysis, consulting, operations improvement, or a related role.
•Experience supporting transformation, operating model, process re-engineering, or large-scale change initiatives in a global or matrixed environment.
•Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to work with data, recognize patterns, and draw clear conclusions.
•Solid business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using process mapping/visualization tools (especially PowerBI) and the ability to clearly communicate insights.
