Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated 3-statement financial model, rolling forecasts, and short/long-range planning processes (Corporate planning).
  • •Partner with Engineering, Product, Design and Science to drive operating efficiencies within the R&D organization (Product partnership).
  • •Collaborate with the customer org to optimize resource allocation vs product demand to improve gross margins (Customer partnership).
  • •Build and own the cash model for capital allocation in partnership with RevOps and Accounting (Cash forecasting).
  • •Collaborate with department heads to manage hiring, roadmaps, and resource allocation; own Gross Margin % as a key metric (Headcount, opex & gross margin % management).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,000 - 154,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking/Private Equity, with at least 2+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS company (Series B/C/D stage preferred).
  • •Experience with financial modeling, consolidations, P&L management, forecasting, budget vs actuals, and long-range planning.
