Job Summary

Support ASML YieldStar metrology solutions in Boise by translating customer requirements and manufacturing challenges into actionable lithography and metrology problem statements. Lead or contribute to projects for technology node transitions, process optimization, and HVM ramp activities, using data-driven analysis to identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes. Drive NPI readiness, enable new users and adoption, and present findings through technical trainings, demonstrations, and stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and/or participate in customer projects for technology node transitions, process optimization, and high-volume manufacturing ramp activities.
•Own project workstreams by independently developing and executing project plans and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
•Translate customer on-product issues into lithography and metrology problem statements, driving resolution efforts to improve performance and productivity.
•Apply data-driven technical methods to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and implement sustainable solutions.
•Support NPI, process qualifications, manufacturing readiness, and ongoing customer adoption through training, demonstrations, and technical presentations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in applications engineering, process engineering, yield engineering, metrology, lithography, or a related technical field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced technology development, or a high-tech manufacturing environment.
•Minimum 5 years of experience using Python, MATLAB, JMP, SQL, or equivalent data analysis and statistical software tools.
•Demonstrated experience performing complex technical data analysis and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
