Job Summary

Own end-to-end procurement, including creating PRs and POs, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and leading RFQs/RFPs and tender processes. Manage supplier contracts and AMCs with renewals and compliance, monitor market trends and supplier performance, and track procurement budgets and cost optimization opportunities. Provide procurement guidance and training to internal stakeholders while ensuring adherence to procurement policies and Delegation of Authority.

•Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including creating and processing PRs and POs in line with company policies.
•Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best commercial terms, pricing, quality, and delivery while minimizing business risks.
•Lead and support RFQs/RFPs and tender processes, including bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract award recommendations.
•Manage supplier contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), ensuring timely renewals, compliance, and high service standards.
•Monitor procurement budgets and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve procurement strategies, and ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
