Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including creating and processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) per company policies.
  • •Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure commercial terms, pricing, quality, and delivery while minimizing business risk.
  • •Lead and support RFQs/RFPs and tender processes, including bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract award recommendations.
  • •Manage supplier contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), ensuring renewals and compliance with contract terms and service standards.
  • •Ensure procurement policy and Delegation of Authority (DOA) compliance, monitor market and supplier performance, and support procurement guidance/training and budget tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related commercial discipline.
  • •Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • •5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, tendering, and contracting, preferably in ICT/technology/high-tech.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management, including reviewing contracts and evaluating commercial terms and costs.
  • •Fluency in English and strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
