Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute as a software engineering contributor in an assigned area, supporting on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery of projects.
  • •Interpret functional and non-functional requirements into designs and code that meet specifications, and write technical requirements others can implement.
  • •Plan and execute testing approaches that maximize quality while minimizing cost, and balance quality with delivery timelines.
  • •Identify system problems quickly to minimize restoration time, and contribute to solving service quality and delivery issues.
  • •Participate in knowledge transfer, maintain documentation, communicate status and significant problems, and escalate risks and gaps appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •3+ years developing web-based applications and web services using Java, REST, and other web technologies.
  • •2+ years with software development using Java (including Spring or Apex), Python (including Flask), and JavaScript (including Node.js, React, or Angular).
  • •Experience interfacing with databases and integrating third-party products with existing infrastructure.
  • •Experience using tools such as IntelliJ, VS Code, Jira, and Git; preferred experience with Agile/Scrum and cloud-native development (preferably AWS).
